Unused and mint condition 1950s Hair Barrettes - found in an old warehouse clearance.
They are 10cm long, made of strong plastic and very effective at holding hair up !
The cardboard display has a picture of an elegant young woman with an elaborate hairstyle - modeling the barrette and helpfully stating :
"ORNAMENTS for the hairs
FAVORITES of the Amiable"
"MADE IN HONG KONG"
