The Avon Birthstone Heart was introduced in 1992. The brooch features an openwork gold-tone heart with a full bow on the side. The bow is accented with a sparkling simulated aquamarine rhinestone for the month of March. It would be a great treat for a person with a March birthday. The brooch measures 1½” x 1½” and is in excellent condition and in the original box.
